1. Acceptance
By registering for or using Only Veg, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, the Disclaimer, and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Only Veg provides tools that may read food-label text on your device and display a green or red indicator. Features, limits, and availability may change. Free accounts receive a daily scan limit (currently 20/day unless we publish a different number).
3. Accounts
- You must provide a real email you control and verify it before scanning.
- You are responsible for your password and account activity.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts for abuse, automation, fraud, or breach of these terms.
4. Acceptable use
You must not attack the Service, bypass limits, scrape at abusive rates, upload malware, or use Only Veg for unlawful purposes.
5. Intellectual property
Only Veg branding, software, and site content belong to the Operator or its licensors. Food brands and pack designs belong to their owners.
6. Disclaimer of results
Results are not guaranteed. Full liability waivers, indemnity, and “AS IS” terms in the Disclaimer apply and form part of your agreement with us.
7. Freemium / paid features
We may introduce paid plans later. Free features today do not create a permanent right to the same features forever.
8. Termination
You may stop using Only Veg at any time. We may stop offering the Service or your account where needed for legal, security, or operational reasons.
9. Governing law
These Terms follow the governing-law and dispute sections in the Disclaimer, including mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued registration or use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
